Summary: The Senior Workday Functional Analyst will support the analysis and optimization of HCM and Advanced Compensation within a recently implemented Workday system across various regions. This role demands a self-driven professional with strong functional knowledge of Workday, capable of identifying issues and collaborating with external partners to resolve configuration challenges. The successful candidate will enhance reporting capabilities and improve HR and payroll efficiency. This position is remote-first, requiring candidates to be based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Workday HCM and Compensation configurations across multiple regions.
• Identify incorrect setups and assess their impact on HR and payroll operations.
• Analyse Workday tenant configurations to detect misconfigurations, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies.
• Develop recommendations and collaborate with Wipro and Strada to correct and optimise these configurations.
• Design, develop, and run complex queries and reports to support HR and payroll functions.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve system functionality and ensure compliance with regional requirements.
• Work closely with HR, payroll, IT, and external Workday partners to ensure smooth system operation.
• Clearly communicate findings, proposed solutions, and implementation plans to key stakeholders.
