Summary: The Senior Workday Financials Consultant / Analyst is responsible for providing hands-on configuration and production support for Workday Financials, operating independently across various functional areas. The role involves troubleshooting defects, designing scalable solutions, and translating business requirements into effective system solutions. The consultant will also contribute to platform enhancements and process improvements while balancing production support with project-based work. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday financial processes and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on configuration and production support across Workday Financials
  • Operate independently across multiple functional areas based on business priority
  • Troubleshoot defects and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions (not short-term fixes)
  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Contribute to platform enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of Workday financial processes
