Senior Workday Extend Consultant with Security Framework (Contract)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Workday Extend Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Workday Extend development and Workday Integrations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive experience in Workday technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend (App Builder, Custom Applications, and Orchestrations).
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Workday APIs.
• Good understanding of Workday Security, including Security Groups, Domain Security, and Business Process Security.
• Experience with Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and other modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Finance.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as SAP, Oracle, UKG, or other enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend applications and integrations.
• Build scalable integration solutions between Workday and third-party systems.
• Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
• Ensure security, performance, and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
