Requirements
- 15+ years of HRIS administration experience
- Hands-on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) configuration & administration
- Strong Workday experience with Report Writer, calculated fields & dashboards
- Experience with Sequoia, MetLife & Vanguard integrations
- Payroll reconciliation, deduction audits & data governance
- Workday Domain Security Policies (DSPs) and ADP access controls
- Experience managing ADP system updates, sandbox testing & deployments
- Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA & COBRA
