Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress applications with a focus on backend functionality.
  • Utilize PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript technologies in project development.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing consultative support.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met through effective communication.
  • Work with various technologies including Docker, MySQL, and nGinx.
  • Assist with SharePoint/ShortPoint intranet page development as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Experience with CSS (Vanilla and SCSS) and backend development.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with Docker, WSL/Ubuntu, and MySQL.
  • Experience with SharePoint/ShortPoint is a plus.

Senior WordPress Developer
PHP - Laravel - JS / JQuery
£400-450 per day, Outside IR35
Fully Remote (Must be based in the UK)
Initial 6 week contract (Very likely to extend)
Start date: 16th of June

One of our longstanding partners urgently requires the services of a Senior WordPress Developer on an Outside IR35 Contract basis, initially until the end of July, with the strong likely hood of longer term extensions.

This Contract would suit an experienced Senior WordPress Developer who is ideally comfortable across the Full Stack, however this role will have a strong lean to the Backend.
