Summary: The Senior VMware Consultant role is focused on providing expert support to a financial-sector client, requiring extensive hands-on experience with Broadcom/VMware/VCF technologies. The position is primarily remote but may involve occasional travel to London. The consultant will be responsible for delivering complex technical solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on expertise in Broadcom/VMware/VCF technologies, particularly vSAN and VCF automation.
- Utilize GitLab and Terraform for automation tasks.
- Conduct ARIA for Networks analysis to support migration planning.
- Engage with clients effectively, providing clear communication and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners in a dynamic delivery environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Broadcom/VMware/VCF, especially vSAN and VCF automation.
- Experience with GitLab and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Pure Storage solutions.
- Proven capability in ARIA for Networks analysis.
- Excellent client-facing skills and communication abilities.

We're supporting an established SME delivering into a major financial-sector client, and they're looking for a Senior VMware Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across Broadcom/VMware/VCF.
What you'll bring
- Strong working knowledge of Broadcom/VMware/VCF, especially vSAN, VCF automation, and experience with GitLab and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Pure Storage solutions.
- Proven capability in ARIA for Networks analysis-collecting, interpreting and presenting network traffic insights to support migration planning and wave/bundle recommendations.
- Confident client-facing skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and partner organisations in a fast-moving delivery environment.
