We're seeking a Senior Visual/Graphic Designer with exceptional visual design skills, refined typography, and strong branding expertise to create premium, performance-driven creative across digital and social marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a collaborative designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, approaches visual communication with creativity and intention, and consistently delivers modern, polished, and impactful work.

You have a portfolio that reflects senior-level visual thinking, sophisticated layout and typography, strong brand sensibility, and modern digital aesthetics and excel at translating marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences, balancing creativity with performance while elevating ideas beyond execution.

The ideal candidate combines outstanding creative judgment with the ability to deliver polished, high-quality work at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design premium digital creative across a variety of marketing formats, including feed ads, carousels, thumbnails, avatars, display assets, campaign visuals, and other digital-first marketing materials.
  • Create visually compelling layouts with exceptional attention to typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Produce high-quality creative across multiple versions, resizes, and campaign adaptations while maintaining consistency and design excellence.
  • Elevate existing creative concepts through thoughtful design enhancements rather than simply executing production requests.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, copywriting, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, performance-focused campaigns.
  • Contribute fresh visual ideas, explore creative directions, and help evolve design standards across marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all creative work reflects modern design principles, brand consistency, and a premium visual aesthetic.

Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience in visual, graphic, or brand design supporting digital marketing, advertising, consumer brands, or creative agencies.
  • Experience supporting consumer technology, digital media, ecommerce, entertainment, or agency clients.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing sophisticated visual design, refined typography, branding, and high-quality digital creative.
  • Strong expertise in layout, composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience designing performance marketing assets across digital and social platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Ability to manage high-volume creative production while maintaining premium design quality and attention to detail.

Skills

  • Familiarity with performance marketing creative, digital advertising, and social media campaign design.
  • Experience working within established brand systems while contributing original visual ideas.
  • Understanding of creative optimization and iterative design for digital marketing campaigns.
