LOCATION: Must be located near a client Distribution center near Dayton, OH or Lansing, MI. They will be fully remote when they are not on site at the distribution center.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3-5 Must Haves
- 5 + years of UX Research experience
- Solid experience with wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Experience with research, design, and AI Tools
- Human Centered Design experience
Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with UX Research.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or similar field
- Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Experience with research, design, and AI tools Solid grasp on Human Centered Design.
- Expert written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and ability to articulate your process
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and openness to giving and receiving feedback
