Summary: As a Senior UX Producer, you will orchestrate complex UX programs that encompass various disciplines, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals and user-centered thinking. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual who excels in fast-paced environments and fosters collaboration across teams. You will be responsible for leading projects, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and advocating for UX best practices. Your expertise will drive clarity and momentum in the execution of UX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs across design, research, human factors, content, and instructional design
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and UX teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive decision-making to keep programs on track
- Implement scalable workflows and tools to improve team efficiency and transparency
- Track and report on key milestones, deliverables, and outcomes
- Partner with UX leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with product roadmaps
- Advocate for UX best practices and ensure that user insights are integrated into product development
- Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and external partnerships when needed
- Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in UX program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional product environment
- Expertise in tools such as JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, Confluence
- Deep understanding of UX disciplines including design, research, human factors, content strategy, and instructional design
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies, design thinking, and UX tooling (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in Med device is a plus
- Background in UX design or User Research is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
