Summary: As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing UX concepts for a client's Design System, ensuring design applicability through collaboration with technology and product teams. Your role involves defining responsive interaction concepts and preparing specifications for UX design components. You will also focus on maintaining design consistency and applying accessibility standards throughout the design process. This position requires a strong design portfolio and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to support design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, define, and maintain the clients Design System to ensure consistency
• Support the whole life cycle of the Design System components including documentation
• Focus on an inclusive mindset and apply accessibility standards
• Explore creative design and tech trends and styles

Key Skills:

• A strong design portfolio that displays your UX abilities
• Proven track record in visual design for applications and/or design systems
• Ability to drive user research and apply user-centric design methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and a positive self-motivated, can-do attitude
• Ability to present, visualize and communicate ideas and concepts clearly
• Strong design skills and the ability to create compelling visuals
• Bachelor or Master in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design or related
• 5 years of professional experience in application design or design systems for software solutions
• Proven experience and proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite
• Experience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organization
• A good understanding of design token architecture is a plus
• Very good English skills, Bulgarian skills are beneficial
