Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery initiatives to uncover user needs, market opportunities, and business constraints
- Define and apply Innovation Design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, etc.), including AI-augmented research and prototyping
- Partner with UX Researchers to design and execute mixed-method testing and validation plans
- Synthesize user, customer, and business insights into actionable design strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops exploring Generative AI-enabled value propositions
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centred design and responsible, ethical use of AI
- Mentor team members in innovation practices and emerging GenAI-powered workflows
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in UX Design, Innovation Design, or similar roles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, time-bound innovation projects
- Strong portfolio with relevant case studies demonstrating discovery-to-validation workflows
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure
