We’re hiring a Senior User Researcher for a leading tech consultancy, to work on a public sector project for 3 months initially. To be considered for the role you will need full right to work in the UK and previously worked as a Senior User Researcher within UK government (including your most recent engagement).
Essential experience:
- Has worked within multi-functional agile teams within government previously, collaborating closely with Product Managers & Interaction Designers.
- Comfortable updating and refining research planning
- Has led on recruitment and outreach for participants previously
- Comfortable planning, conducting and synthesising results from a wide range of user research methods, including user interviews
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
