Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing technical content for usability, structure, and clarity – improving nomenclature, findability, and accessibility
  • Delivering heuristic evaluations and best-practice recommendations grounded in user-centred design
  • Optional: onboarding with the consultancy team in December and reviewing insights from stakeholder discovery and usability testing (if availability allows)
  • Working autonomously and delivering audit outputs within January – this is a fixed-scope engagement

Are you a UX Researcher with a strong eye for content, accessibility, and usability? Looking for a focused, short-term project to kick off your New Year?

A specialist consultancy working with a well-known non-profit in the identity, security, and compliance space is seeking a UX Researcher to lead a UX and content audit of a technical documentation platform. The goal? Improve usability, structure, and accessibility of a critical conformance suite used by technical users across banks, labs, and global partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting a UX and content audit of a documentation-heavy website used for guiding implementation of a secure identity product

  • Reviewing technical content for usability, structure, and clarity – improving nomenclature, findability, and accessibility

  • Delivering heuristic evaluations and best-practice recommendations grounded in user-centred design

  • Optional: onboarding with the consultancy team in December and reviewing insights from stakeholder discovery and usability testing (if availability allows)
