Summary: The Senior User Researcher will join a client's team on a short-term remote contract until March 31st. The role requires extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as leadership skills in guiding a team of researchers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience within agile environments and a proven track record in usability testing and service design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research initiatives, setting research direction and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Gather user requirements for web-based services and manage usability testing sessions.
- Collaborate with User Experience teams, designers, and developers in an agile project environment.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience in a lead User Researcher role.
- Familiarity with agile project environments.
- Understanding of service design, visual design, and frontend development.
- Proven experience in managing usability tests and research sessions.

Our client currently seeks a Senior User Researcher to join their team on a short term contract. This role will be remote and will be a contract running till March 31st.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis
- Experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team, setting research direction and mentoring junior research colleagues
- Experience of working within an agile project environment, and maintaining effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances:
- Practical experience of quantitative research methodologies
- An understanding of service design, visual design, frontend development and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience of gathering user requirements for web based services.
- Proven experience of managing, executing and analysing usability test and research sessions.
- Proven experience of working in an agile development environment with User Experience teams, designers and developers to create new digital products and services.
