Summary: The Senior UKG Kronos Integration Consultant will lead the design and implementation of integrations using Dell Boomi, focusing on HR operations and workforce management. This role requires a hybrid functional and technical subject matter expert with extensive experience in UKG/Kronos implementations. The consultant will collaborate with functional teams, develop integration specifications, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and implementation of UKG integrations using Boomi
  • Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements
  • Develop and maintain integration specifications, data mapping documents, and error handling frameworks
  • Perform unit, system, and integration testing, along with production support and issue resolution
  • Ensure data integrity and security compliance, as well as scalable and reusable integration architecture
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior integration resources

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years in UKG/Kronos implementations and integrations
  • Proven experience with UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central
  • Hands-on experience implementing complex, enterprise-level integrations across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and file-based integrations
  • Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) Certification

Able to:
o Lead architecture discussions
o Define integration strategy
o Troubleshoot deeply technical issues
Strong business acumen in HR operations and workforce management

Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years in UKG/Kronos implementations and integrations Proven experience with: o UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC) (depending on environment) o End-to-end integration lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support) Hands-on experience implementing complex, enterprise-level integrations across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems Experience working in multi-system HR ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, third-party vendors)

Technical Skills (Required)
Integration & Middleware
Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) Certification REQUIRED

Strong experience with:
