Job Title: UiPath Solution Architect / Senior RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and certified UiPath Solution Architect / Senior RPA Developer with over 10 years of IT experience and 6+ years of specialized experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong focus on RPA strategy, design, and governance. The candidate will be instrumental in driving enterprise-grade automation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and architecting scalable, secure, and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex automation solutions using UiPath.
• Define and enforce best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient RPA implementations.
• Architect solutions using REFramework, Queue-based design, and modular workflows.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Web Services, REST APIs, Databases).

• Guide technical teams through RPA lifecycle: Discovery Design Development Testing Deployment Maintenance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI Centre, Document Understanding, Task Mining, and GenAI integrations with UiPath.
• Design and implement RPA governance frameworks including security, audit, logging, exception handling, and documentation standards.
• Setup or support UiPath Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and health checks of existing automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 7 years of hands-on UiPath experience.
• Certified in UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) and/or UiPath Solution Architect.
• Expert in:
• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, Document Understanding, and Apps
• REFramework, queue and transaction-based architecture
• API integration, Python/PowerShell scripting, VB.NET, SQL
• Strong understanding of:
• RPA lifecycle and infrastructure architecture (multi-robot, HA setup, on-prem/cloud)
• Security and compliance in automation (RBAC, audit logs, data masking)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with version control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or Process Mining.
• Industry experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's or Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or legacy systems.
• Knowledge of automation platforms like Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience implementing Hybrid Automation (attended + unattended), Trigger-based bots, and Long-running workflows.
