Summary: The Senior UI/UX Animator will play a pivotal role in the development of a world-class wellness app, focusing on creating engaging animations and visuals that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design efforts across mobile and web platforms
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and animated prototypes in Figma
  • Design world-class splash screens, transitions, and in-app visuals that feel premium, immersive, and human
  • Collaborate with the Director, engineers, and product team to align brand, UX, and functionality
  • Build out and maintain a scalable design system with visual and motion consistency
  • Run usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  • Mentor junior designers and help shape our internal creative culture
  • Push creative boundaries while ensuring usability and accessibility
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth animation handoff and performance optimization

We’re building a world-class wellness app and need a Senior UI/UX Animator to create sleek splash screens, micro interactions, incredible visuals, smooth onboarding transitions, and animations. If you’ve animated UI inside Figma, shipped motion for mobile apps, or used Lottie/Rive for live visuals — you’re who we want.

Fit4Life Academy has already made waves in the fitness education space—licensing independent gym owners across the UK to deliver fully accredited Level 3 Fitness Diplomas within their facilities. We’ve built the systems, the automation, the branding, and the reach. Now, we’re taking the next leap. We’re building a truly innovative, category-defining wellness app with global reach. We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX & Animation Expert) to join us as a founding creative partner —someone who’s ready to define how this app looks, feels, and moves from day one.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position. You’ll work closely with the Director and product engineering team to create an app that not only performs beautifully—but feels cinematic and intuitive in every moment. A product-obsessed UI/UX designer with deep experience in animation and interaction Comfortable designing full flows—from onboarding to rewards to daily dashboards Detail-oriented but big-picture aware—you balance polish with product priorities Passionate about wellness, behaviour design, and building something meaningful Self-directed and proactive in fast-paced, early-stage environments Located in Europe or India preferred (remote-first is fine)
