We're looking for an exceptional Senior UI Designer to join us on a 12 month contract, helping elevate the visual craft, storytelling, and overall experience of our digital store. This is a high-impact role for someone with a refined design sensibility, a passion for premium aesthetics, and a proven track record in luxury or high-end fashion E-commerce.

You'll act as both a hands-on designer and a creative advisor-bringing clarity, inspiration, and elevated standards to our UI, while mentoring others to reach new levels of craft.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of luxury brand expression and digital product design. You'll help shape how we show up visually across key fashion moments-translating brand storytelling into polished, aspirational, and high-performing UI.

Core Profile
We're looking for someone who brings:

• Luxury/Premium E-commerce Experience
  Proven experience designing for high-end fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Exceptional UI Craft
  A sharp eye for pixel-perfect execution, modern digital aesthetics, and clean, elevated interface design.
• Strong Interaction Design Skills
  Deep understanding of user flows, states, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance the product experience.
• Digital Product Mindset
  Experience in agile or product-led environments, with strong knowledge of design systems, scalable frameworks, and cross-platform patterns.
• Creative Leadership & Vision
  Ability to define and communicate a clear "north star" for design, supported by strong references and compelling rationale.
• Mentorship & Taste Leadership
  Confident guiding and uplifting other designers-offering clear, constructive, and taste-driven feedback.
• Storytelling & Presentation Skills
  Skilled at articulating ideas and "selling the dream" to stakeholders at all levels.

Role Purpose
As a UI specialist and advisor, you'll help us:

• Raise the bar for visual quality and consistency across our digital experiences
• Strengthen storytelling around key fashion and commercial moments
• Support and mentor teams in delivering UI that feels premium, modern, and aspirational

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve and refine our UI language with a focus on premium aesthetics and elevated craft
• Shape visual storytelling for key fashion moments (eg seasonal launches, Black Friday, designer collaborations)
• Mentor designers and actively contribute to raising UI standards across teams
• Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Bring fresh inspiration, trend awareness, and forward-thinking design perspectives

• Design maturity, ambition, and clarity are visibly elevated across teams
