Summary: The role of Senior Test Analysts involves engaging in multiple contract opportunities as Dayforce Functional Testers for large-scale transformation programmes. Candidates will work remotely on various workstreams including Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. The position requires strong functional testing experience with Dayforce and exposure to various testing methodologies. The role supports complex global implementations across EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in Dayforce transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct functional testing for Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Security & Permissions, and Integrations.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes.
- Utilize Jira for defect management.
- Collaborate within large enterprise or global transformation programmes.
Key Skills:
- Strong Dayforce functional testing experience.
- Exposure to SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with Jira and defect management.
- Experience working within large enterprise or global transformation programmes.
- Experience with Payroll and Workforce Management is advantageous.

We are currently supporting two large-scale Dayforce transformation programmes and are looking to engage multiple experienced Dayforce Functional Testers across several workstreams.
Opportunities are available across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Security & Permissions
- Integrations & End-to-End Testing
One programme is a complex global Dayforce rollout across EMEA and APAC, involving localisation, payroll transformation and integration into an existing global HR environment. The second is a large enterprise Dayforce implementation focused on Core HR foundations, workflows, organisation structures and security architecture.
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Strong Dayforce functional testing experience
- Exposure to SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Experience with Jira and defect management
- Experience working within large enterprise or global transformation programmes
- Experience with Payroll, WFM would be advantageous.
