URGENT REQUIREMENT
We are actively seeking Senior Technical Project Managers with both PMP and PMI-ACP certifications for a high-visibility client engagement. This is a fast-moving opportunity, and shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interviews next week.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)
PMP (Project Management Professional) – Active Certification
PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) – Active Certification
Minimum 7+ years of Project Management experience
At least 4+ years as Senior PM handling large/complex IT projects
(Projects >1 year duration AND >$5M budget)
Strong expertise in:
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)
Full SDLC delivery
Stakeholder & executive communication
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
HIGHLY PREFERRED (Nice to Have)
Experience with California Department of Technology (CDT) PAL process
Especially PAL Stage 2 & 3
Experience in state/government projects
Strong background in:
Cloud / Digital Transformation / Enterprise systems
