Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at building new products or platforms for Compass.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of key programs including functional plans, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership, and communicate progress and risk to Executive Leadership.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs spanning across multiple organizations and locations.
  • Act as a key contributor to the agile practice and participate in high-level quarterly and yearly planning.
  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and process improvement across the organization using data and metrics.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience managing initiatives within large-scale systems, complex migrations, and integrations across multiple teams.
  • Strong familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud architectures (AWS), containerization, and microservices.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion (including HCM, ERP, & EPM Implementation).
  • Deep understanding of agile practices, security platforms, and operational/cost excellence frameworks.

You will look for ways to standardize execution, resolve dependencies, and maintain fluid communication with high-level stakeholders to push the boundaries of customer value.

responsibilities:
