Senior Technical Architect

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with active SC Clearance or SC eligibility to design and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience in a senior role. Responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical leadership. The role is remote and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the architecture of software solutions in accordance with GDS standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for improving the development workflow.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practises to continuously enhance the technical architecture.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar senior role within software development.
• Strong understanding of GDS and its application in technical architecture.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with various teams and stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary (Rate): £580.00 daily
