Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BetterHelp will lead the end-to-end recruiting process, focusing on building a diverse and high-quality team across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to closing exceptional hires across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, HR, International, and Product
  • Work closely with our talent acquisition team and hiring managers to determine qualifications and develop seamless processes for new searches
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to drive improvements to our strategies and programs
  • Build, track, and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for evergreen roles and targeted searches for specialized skill sets
  • Actively implement DEI sourcing strategies across all roles to build diverse teams that represent the users we serve
  • Represent BetterHelp’s culture and values in interactions with candidates, partners and stakeholders to create a positive and welcoming experience for candidates
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Humanly/Teamable, various job boards, referrals, and creative methods for candidate outreach
  • Excel in an unstructured, always evolving environment while simultaneously helping us develop processes, programs, and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain a strong grasp of the tech job market and be a student of the industry to successfully run targeted searches
  • Collaborate with other team members to share creative approaches on finding the best talent

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of in-house, full cycle TA experience across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, HR, International, and Product
  • Demonstrated success engaging sourced/passive candidates and innovative thinking in attracting new candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on measuring and tracking all aspects of the hiring process
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving consistent and thoughtful outcomes in talent acquisition
