Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles, and assess inbound applications.
• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth start-up or tech environments.
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple teams and levels, including technology, operations, marketing, and product.
• Ability to quickly develop relationships with hiring managers and guide hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work proactively and independently.
• Prior experience with Lever ATS or similar recruiting platforms (nice to have).
