Summary: This role focuses on stabilizing and operating large, on-prem Tableau and Alteryx environments, moving away from cloud migration efforts. The position requires strong enterprise-scale administration, performance optimization, and 24x7 operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Tableau and Alteryx servers, along with a background in performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Additional AWS experience is a plus for future cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tableau & Altery server administration (installations, upgrades, certificates, security, backup/restore)
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting across large, multi-environment deployments
- Incident response and SLA-driven triage
- Administrative scripting and automation using Power Shell and Python
