Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a developer and subject matter expert on complex financial applications in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Ensure development of robust, scalable solutions.
- Oversee and guide quality assurance activities from development through production.

- Identify and resolve technical issues using effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and documentation.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7+ years as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
- Minimum 5+ years working with technologies such as COBOL, CA Gen, Classic ASP, DB2 for z/OS or Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Proficiency in DB2 for z/OS, Oracle, or similar relational databases, including strong SQL skills.
- Computer Associates CA Gen workstation toolset for web, online, and batch development.
- Active Server Pages (Classic ASP), including VB and J-script.
- IBM Z-Server, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
- Knowledge of CA Gen Com Proxy service and COBOL integration.
- Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET (preferred).
- Experience developing and maintaining systems supporting complex financial business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
