Summary: The Senior Systems Administrator (Mac) role is a fully remote position focused on providing technical support for end-user computing, primarily in Mac and Windows environments, as well as Microsoft 365 applications. The successful candidate will lead complex issues, drive service improvements, and enhance team efficiency through automation and modern working practices. This position requires a technically strong individual who can work autonomously and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support across End-user computing, Mac, Microsoft 365 and core business systems.

You'll lead on complex issues, manage macOS (primarily) and Windows environments, support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune), and drive continuous service improvements.

This role suits someone technically strong, comfortable working autonomously and someone who can bring modern ways of working to the team to automate, where possible, and to drive efficiencies across their TechOps function.
