We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Business Analyst with strong experience in the Retail Supply Chain domain and hands-on experience working with Manhattan software. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze supply-chain processes, gather requirements, support system enhancements, and provide data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for retail supply-chain initiatives.
- Analyze processes across inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, replenishment, and order management.
- Work directly with business users who use Manhattan software and translate operational needs into functional requirements.
- Support enhancements, issue analysis, testing, and integrations involving Manhattan.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
- Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Support UAT, production issues, and coordination with development and QA teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Business Analyst / Supply Chain BA experience.
- Strong Retail and Supply Chain domain experience.
- Hands-on experience using Manhattan software is required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, and order-management processes.
- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and UAT.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
