Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on Registered Apprenticeship (RA) systems, policies, and expansion strategies
- Support development of AI-related curricula, training modules, and frameworks
- Engage employers, industry groups, and workforce stakeholders
- Contribute to reports, publications, and technical deliverables
- Support development of apprenticeship standards and new occupations
- Apply data-driven approaches to improve workforce program outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience (or 10+ years without degree)
- Deep knowledge of Registered Apprenticeships or workforce systems
- Experience working with federal, state, or industry stakeholders
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with AI, data, or emerging technologies (preferred)
- Background in curriculum development or workforce training (preferred)
