Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in retail planning or wholesale sell-in
- Beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry knowledge
- Strong forecasting, inventory management, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and planning tools (SAP, Anaplan, etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
