Contract Position

Job Summary:
Client is looking for a highly experienced Twilio Voice Platform Architect to lead the design and migration of enterprise healthcare telephony systems to cloud-native Twilio + .NET solutions. This role involves defining architecture, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring reliable, scalable communication systems for mission-critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Twilio Voice architecture (Studio, TwiML, Webhooks)
• Define best practices like “Thin Studio, Smart API” pattern
• Lead telephony migration from legacy systems (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya)
• Architect scalable IVR systems with DTMF/ASR flows and call routing
• Ensure high availability, carrier redundancy, and webhook reliability
• Mentor engineers and review Twilio implementations
• Collaborate with clients on architecture decisions and technical strategy

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Twilio (Voice, Studio, TwiML, TaskRouter)
• Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and API development
• Experience with Redis, AWS (S3, CloudFront), and SIP protocols
• Hands-on experience in large-scale IVR systems (500+ concurrent calls)
• Knowledge of DTMF/ASR fallback strategies and webhook design
• Experience with telephony migration from legacy platforms
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare communication systems

Preferred Skills:

• Twilio Flex, Notify, Voice Intelligence
• Genesys PureConnect experience
• Call flow testing frameworks and automation
• Number porting and Event Streams

Domain Experience:
