  • Lead telephony migration from legacy systems (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya)
  • Architect scalable IVR systems with DTMF/ASR flows and call routing
  • Ensure high availability, carrier redundancy, and webhook reliability
  • Mentor engineers and review Twilio implementations
