Summary: The Senior Software Engineer - Node role is a hands-on position focused on developing and maintaining scalable, full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js. The contract is for three months and allows for remote work with occasional client visits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development and a strong understanding of various technologies, including Azure and microservices. This position is outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
- Utilize a range of technologies including React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement and manage Azure and ARM templates for cloud infrastructure development and deployment.
- Apply BDD, TDD, and SOLID principles in software development.
- Demonstrate strong Object-Oriented programming and microservice architecture skills.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in full-stack application development.
