Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development.
- Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other engineering community members.
- Work with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Utilize programming languages and tools such as .NET, React, Python, SQL, Node, Terraform, and AWS services.
- Maintain and modernize legacy systems while ensuring reliable operations and planning for long-term transformation.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience collaborating in an Agile scrum focused on business value delivery.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service.
- 5+ years of experience in modern languages such as .NET, Python, Java, Golang, or Node.js (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Spark or AWS Glue (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in REST API development (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).

The ideal candidate for this role not only is able to produce high quality work quickly but also collaborates with others around them whenever possible, holding the team to a high-quality bar, and actively participating team in discussions around both the planning and execution of the work.
What You ll Do:
Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community
Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
Utilize programming languages like .NET, React, Python, SQL, Node, Open Source, Terraform, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services
Maintain and modernize legacy systems including WCF services, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, and Web Forms, ensuring reliable operations while planning long-term transformation.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)
Active collaborator as part of an Agile scrum that is business value delivery focused.
1+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following modern languages: .NET, Python, Java, Golang or Node.js
2+ years of experience in Spark or AWS Glue
3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
2+ years of experience in REST API development
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
