The Role

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for advanced Java applications within massive automated warehouse environments.
• Design and implement software architectures that control high-speed robotic systems and sophisticated automation equipment.
• Collaborate remotely with site-based engineering teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade live automated facilities.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating the latest software development methodologies into the company’s core technology stack.
• Translate complex operational requirements into high-performance technical specifications and maintainable code bases.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience specializing in Java Development with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software.
• Extensive hands-on experience in full-stack software development, particularly focusing on back-end logic and systems integration.
• A solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), distribution workflows, or industrial automation software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical software development and physical machinery teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments and a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines to support remote deployment.
