Required Skills

Must have at least 7 or more years experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer or Lead Full Stack Engineer, possessing strong design/architecture skills, building custom solutions, with a willingness to also do hands still on, development

Advanced skills and experience with Python with an AI first approach

Experience building and deploying cloud solutions in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform using Terraform

Must have strong, real-world, professional experience developing enterprise applications using AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar assistants

Strong system design, architecture, and problem-solving skills, driving solutions from requirements gathering stage to final product

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Experience owning development, testing, deployment, and support throughout the software lifecycle

Strong documentation skills

Ability to translate loosely defined requirements or business challenges into technical solutions

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment

Must develop with a security-first mindset

Desired Skills

Experience developing solutions with Vue.

JS strongly desired

Experience working on development teams responsible for designing infrastructure as a service as part of their overall solution helpful

Experience working on development teams responsible for handling all QA testing for their team helpful

Experience prototyping AI technologies and helping establish ethical AI frameworks and governance strongly desired

Working knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Angular, and SQL.
