Senior Snowflake Architect

• Lead Snowflake architecture, strategy, design, implementation, and optimization across enterprise data initiatives.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Snowflake solutions.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions.
• Architect scalable Snowflake data platforms, including data models, pipelines, integrations, security, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership for Snowflake development, performance tuning, workload management, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with business, data engineering, analytics, and application teams throughout solution delivery.
• Establish Snowflake architecture standards, development best practices, governance frameworks, and technical documentation.
• Mentor technical teams, conduct design and code reviews, and provide guidance on complex Snowflake implementations.
• Communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders while maintaining strong hands-on technical involvement.
• Must be available during full U.S. business hours and comfortable owning both stakeholder engagement and technical execution.
