Job Description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow – Now Assist Developer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Now Assist capabilities and custom AI agents on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow development, scripting, integration, and technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Now Assist Agents and AI-powered workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Support ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules as required.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery, documentation, and end-user training.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven experience building custom Now Assist Agents.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
