Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect with strong hands-on development and architecture experience to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives for a global client.

The role will focus on architecting and delivering ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, guiding executive stakeholders, defining technology roadmaps, collaborating with ServiceNow Expert Services, and driving best practices across implementations and integrations.

Key Requirements

• 13–15+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
• Strong ServiceNow HRSD architecture and development experience.
• ServiceNow HR Professional Suite Certification required.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, workflows, solution design, and implementation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Remedyforce.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, or TBM frameworks preferred.

Nice to Have

• Product Owner or consulting background.
• Experience with AI-driven ServiceNow initiatives.
• Strong visualization, workflow, and design documentation skills.
