- Strong ability to customize ServiceNow instances to align with organizational needs, creating tailored forms, UI policies, and business rules
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within ServiceNow implementations, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts
- Write and maintain efficient and scalable code, using scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with best practices and platform capabilities
