Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Developer role focuses on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and other IT service management areas. This position is fully remote for candidates based in the UK, with occasional paid travel to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and SecOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance IT service management processes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders.
• Participate in the planning and execution of paid travel to Abu Dhabi as required.
