Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Developer role is a fully remote position based in the UK, requiring expertise in IT Asset Management, including Software and Hardware Asset Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new and existing ServiceNow projects.
- Implement IT Asset Management, including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Utilize strong hands-on skills in CMDB, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
- Manage REST API integrations and license management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project requirements.
- Work UK hours to align with UAE timezone and travel to UAE as needed.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development.
- ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM expertise.
- ServiceNow Admin or Application Developer certification.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is contract is Remote (you must be UK based) with paid travel to ABU DHABI (United Arab Emirates). This travel may be frequent on occasions.
As Senior ServiceNow Developer you will be a Senior hands on Dev for mainly new (but also some existing) ServiceNow projects. As Senior ServiceNow Developer solid IT Asset Management is essential, including Software (SAM) and Hardware (HAM) modules - strong previous commercial life cycle experience with both is essential. Ideally the Senior ServiceNow Developer will be certified in SN either Service Now Certified System Admin or ServiceNow Application Developer or other implementation certs. Strong hands on skills are essential as Senior ServiceNow Developer as is in depth CMDB, ITIL and Agile. The Senior ServiceNow Developer needs good REST API knowledge as well as licence management. Senior ServiceNow Developer excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as is some design knowledge.
