Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Consultant - SPM/EAP role focuses on enhancing the ServiceNow SPM technical team through the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The consultant will translate business requirements into features, collaborate with architects, and ensure best practices in design and development. The position requires extensive experience in ServiceNow SPM and related integrations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a remote role based in London, UK, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into ServiceNow features with minimal customizations.
• Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect on design, development, and support of solutions.
• Delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations including Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Reviewing and optimizing implementations by other developers for performance and security.
• Developing enhancements identified during the UAT phase and reviewing existing designs for improvements.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio management, and Resource management.
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features.
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and SaFe methodology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in specification writing and testing strategies.
• Experience working in SCRUM and Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
