Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow ecosystems encompassing ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and other enterprise modules.
  • Define platform strategy, architectural blueprints, and implementation roadmaps to support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical architectures leveraging ServiceNow best practices.
  • Evaluate new ServiceNow features, plugins, and integrations for alignment with enterprise standards and future scalability.
  • Architect complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Azure AD, O365, and external REST/SOAP APIs) using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and MID Servers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (developers, product owners, business analysts, and PMs) to ensure cohesive end-to-end design and traceability across solution layers.
  • Define reusable frameworks, configuration standards, and reference architectures for consistent delivery and performance.
  • Oversee security, data integrity, and role-based access control (RBAC) models to ensure compliance with ITIL, HIPAA, and NIST standards.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance policies, coding standards, and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Ensure platform resilience, data protection, and compliance alignment across multiple environments and upgrade cycles.
  • Drive performance engineering, capacity planning, and automation strategies for reliability and sustainability.
  • Provide architectural oversight to development teams; conduct design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and code quality assessments.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level ServiceNow developers, fostering knowledge transfer and career growth.
  • Represent the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), defining reusable assets, documentation frameworks, and best practices repository.
  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies to ensure architectural alignment with sprint objectives and business priorities.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, including 7+ years in ServiceNow solution design and Development.
  • Proven expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules - ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and Custom Scoped Applications.
  • Mastery of ServiceNow scripting and configuration using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Advanced experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Orchestration frameworks.
