Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Architect will lead the platform strategy and governance for a large-scale transformation programme within a global consulting organization. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel within the UK and Ireland, and it operates under an inside IR35 classification. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain enterprise-level ServiceNow platform strategy
- Establish governance frameworks (instance strategy, integrations, data models)
- Provide architectural oversight ensuring adherence to leading practices
- Facilitate governance forums across multiple stakeholders
- Anticipate and mitigate scalability, performance, and technical debt risks
- Guide multi-team delivery toward a unified architectural vision
- Influence AI integration across workflows and decision-making processes
Key Skills:
- 10+ years’ experience across ServiceNow architecture, enterprise architecture, and programme-level leadership
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape platform direction
- Strong background defining enterprise-scale, multi-workflow architectures
- Deep expertise in integration patterns and complex governance models
- Experience leveraging or critically assessing AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise platforms
- ServiceNow CTA highly desirable
