Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB, including integrations and best practices.
• Set up and configure MID Servers for data collection and integration tasks.
• Implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Create and optimize custom and out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
• Develop APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP frameworks.
• Configure mTLS for secure communications.
• Model Software Bill of Material (SBOM) and apply its concepts.
• Utilize scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
• Implement ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
