Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams through fast-paced Salesforce implementation projects. In this role, you will go beyond traditional operations and maintenance (O&M) to drive end-to-end, high-impact rollouts across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.
- Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.
- Operated in fast-paced implementation, not just O&M.
- Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
- Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
