Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scala and Azure Developer to support data integration projects for our client. The role involves integrating various APIs and data sources into a centralized Azure-based cloud data platform, ensuring reliable data delivery. The position is remote and requires fluency in both German and English. The contract duration is expected to be 7 months or longer, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of API integrations and data pipelines (primarily using Scala)
- Management of deployments, configurations, and role/access concepts in Azure
- Extraction and transformation of data from structured and unstructured sources
- Collaboration with Data Engineers and Architects
Key Skills:
- Experience in backend development with Scala (Java/Python is a plus)
