Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
- Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, and master data.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC/S4HANA) and alignment of company codes.
- Maintain data consistency across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors platforms.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline and optimize HR processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including user ID mismatches and integration gaps.
- Support the setup and configuration of the Payroll Control Center.
- Deliver insights through reporting and analytics.
