Summary: The role is for a Freelance SAP consultant specializing in Lease Accounting, tasked with developing a unified financial reporting system for a large organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on current design and identify fit gaps with business requirements.
- Design and finalize a RE-FX solution for integration into the common SAP solution.
- Design and configure integrations between SAP RE-FX and finance & controlling.
- Create designs for coding extended logic implementation.
- Create test scripts, execute unit tests, and troubleshoot issues during tests.
- Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing.
- Create training material and conduct training for end users and product team.
- Setup migration approach and schedule.
- Support GoLive of the SAP RE-FX solution.
Key Skills:

Freelance SAP consultant / Lease Accounting professional
Voor een grote klant zijn we op zoek naar een Freelance SAP consultant / Lease Accounting professional om voor de gehele organisatie een gezamenlijke financiële rapportage te ontwikkelen.
Doelen:
- Gedetailleerd onderzoek naar hergebruik van wat al is ingericht en wat additioneel moet worden ontwikkeld / geïmplementeerd.
- Design document(en) voor de onderdelen die nog niet zijn ontwikkeld en moeten worden vervaardigd
- Onderbouwd budget om de implementatie van het design te realiseren
- Uitgewerkt testplan wat gedurende de implementatie kan worden gebruikt
- Cutover plan dat kan worden ingezet voorafgaand aan testen en voor de GoLive
Werkzaamheden:
- Onderzoeksrapport huidige stand van zaken en aanvullingen
- Designs van inrichting en/of processen
- Testscenarios
- Cutover plan
Welke milestones zijn nodig om tot het einddoel te komen?
- Analyseren van de verschillende tussen de bestaande omgeving en toekomstige omgeving middels workshops en 1-op-1 gesprekken
- Voor de geconstateerde verschillen een design van het system of procedures opstellen middels interviews met de benodigde experts.
- De designs laten toetsen ter goedkeuring door deze aan een Change Board voor te leggen.
- Op basis van de processen van de eindgebruikers testscenarios checken en waar nodig aanvullen middels workshops en 1-op-1 gesprekken
- Op basis van data die over moet naar de nieuwe omgeving een migratie plan samenstellen voor de data en controles op de gemigreerde data door dit te extraheren uit de fit-gap analyse.
Voor deze opdracht is het volgende pakket aan competenties, kennis en ervaring nodig:
- Experience
- HBO/WO level of working and thinking.
- 4+ years as an SAP RE-FX consultant
- 4 years of experience with Project-based working
- SAP certification in RE-FX is preferred.
- Good at speaking and writing Dutch and English
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
