Senior SAP Project Manager (34423)

Summary: The Senior SAP Project Manager will oversee large-scale SAP S/4HANA and enterprise digital delivery programs, combining program leadership with stakeholder management and business development support. This role requires extensive experience in SAP project management and the ability to lead multi-vendor teams effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project management methodologies and manage project financials and staffing plans. Strong communication and executive reporting skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred), driving scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Lead multi-vendor teams (client, SI/partners) across streams; enforce delivery governance, RAID, status, and steering decks.
• Manage project financials, staffing plans, change control, cutover/hypercare readiness.
• Partner with leadership on pursuits/RFPs, estimates, delivery approaches, and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with PM methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall) and organizational standards.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years in the SAP domain, including several years hands-on functional experience.
• 5+ years of SAP project management, with 2 full-cycle implementations; S/4HANA implementation leadership strongly preferred.
• Proven Senior Manager/Director-level experience managing large SAP/enterprise programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication, executive reporting, vendor/partner management.
